The Quality To Value ratio is produced using statistical modeling techniques with the view to reflect as realistic as possible the value of a property based on its quality. This analysis is categorised on three different ''qualtiy'' bands, that is: Low, Mid and High. The quality assessment is analysed based on specific property criteria. These criteria vary in relation to the type of the property. The assessment takes into account factors such as: year of built, construction quality, property features (i.e. pool, garden), view and size.
