The accuracy it depends on the quality of the property data that run in the software process at a given point in time for a specific related estimation. When it comes to ‘‘somehow’’ homogeneous homes like: typical flats and houses we are more accurate compare to when it comes to unique homes like luxury homes, or homes with ‘‘unusual’’ design. For such un-usual homes we are less accurate. Our estimates are based on publicly available data, which may be incomplete or inaccurate. Accuracy levels will therefore vary by location and property based on the amount of data we have for similar properties.
